What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.

If you have an older washing machine that has been running for many years, it probably has a motor with motor carbon. Engine carbon wears out in the same way as the brakes on a car. If they wear down, there is no proper connection to the engine, and it will therefore not be able to run.
