What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
The error may be due to the heater being defective. If the washing machine stops in the middle of the program, it is usually the heating element that is faulty.
Step 2:
The error may be due to the NTC sensor (also called a temperature sensor) being defective. In this case, the washing machine will usually wash in cold water, but it will often be able to finish the program.
Step 3:
If you do not find the error in the above points and the washing machine ends the program but washes in cold water, the error may also be due to a faulty control.
