What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Washing machine does not take soap or fabric softener, you can try the following:
Step 1:
The error may be due to low water pressure. Check the water pressure by removing the washing machine inlet hose, plug the hose into a bucket and check that there is water pressure.
Step 2:
The error may be due to a calcified shower tray. The shower tray is the water distributor that sits above the soap drawer - the shower tray has many holes, just like a hand shower, hence the name. If this is scaled or dirty, the jets are sent in the wrong direction and this can cause the soap not to be used or the soap to be used too early in the program.
Step 3:
The error may be due to a defect in the soap drawer. If this is the reason, you can buy a new soap drawer.
