Step 1:
If your washing machine cannot be switched on, there may be problems with the socket. Check that the outlet is working by connecting another electrical appliance to the outlet. If this does not work, it may be due to a blown fuse in the dashboard.
Step 2:
If the socket works, it may also be due to a faulty mains cable or connection box.
Step 3:
Your washing machine may not be able to turn on due to a faulty door lock. One of the functions of the door lock is to act as a relay that ensures that the door cannot be opened during washing.
Step 4:
If the error still occurs using the above advice, the noise capacitor or circuit breaker may be faulty. You can check this by measuring the throughput.
