What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
Most washing machines (and white goods in general) can tell what is wrong with it by displaying error codes. The code appears in the display.
The user manual that came with the washing machine often has an overview of most error codes.
Sometimes the machine writes "call service center" or simply shows a symbol that means "service", and no number code, then you have to call us.
By following the instructions in the manual when you see an error code, you may be able to solve the problem yourself without our help.
Therefore, it is always a good idea to start with the manual before calling for help.
Step 2:
If the manual does not help and your washing machine displays an error code, we have made a list of all error codes on your washing machine, so you know exactly what the error codes mean.
