Step 1:
The fault may be caused by a worn or loose drive belt. It is the belt that makes the drum turn.
Step 2:
The error may be caused by a defective belt tensioner wheel. The belt tensioner wheel is a nylon wheel that keeps the belt taut.
Step 1:
The error may be due to a defective rear bearing. The rear bearing is a nylon bearing or a ball bearing which holds the drum shaft and as the name suggests, this sits at the back of the tumbler.
Step 2:
The error may be due to defective carrier wheels. The support wheels are located in the front of the tumbler and are wheels on which the drum runs.
Step 1:
The error may be due to a defective fan wheel. Note that there are two fan wheels in condensing tumblers; one to circulate the air and one to cool the condenser or junction, which is the unit made up of fins and through which the moist air is passed.
Step 2:
The error may be due to a defective blower motor.
In addition, it could also be because something you put in the machine scrapes/hits the drum. Be sure to check if it is every time you run clothes in the machine or if it is a one-off case.
You can also check whether the machine is level and whether the surface it is standing on is stable, as noise can also come from the machine moving or bouncing against something during operation.
