What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
If your dryer is making shocks, it is most likely because the dryer is not grounded. When you buy a new tumble dryer today, it is usually fitted with a so-called Schuko plug, which does not have the third leg, i.e. the earth connection, applied. This is because the Schuko plug is an EU standard, which we do not use in Denmark. The plug must therefore either be replaced with a three-pin ground plug or fitted with a converter. If you don't do this, the machine can give shocks, and you can also run the risk that it won't run as it should.
