What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
The error may be due to a blocked filter. You can find the filter in the doorway. You can clean the filter under the tap. If you have condensation or a heat pump dryer, we recommend cleaning the filter with a vacuum cleaner instead.
Step 2:
If the machine is leaking, it can also be because the machine is not leveled or that the machine needs a thorough cleaning.
Step 3:
The problem can also be caused by incorrect installation of the drain hose. Check if this is the case and if so, see if you can get it fitted correctly.
