What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.

We are an authorized service centre, which means that if your product has broken within 2 years, we are the only ones allowed to repair your product in order for you to keep your warranty, as well as obtain an extended warranty on the repaired product.
Of course, we also repair Tefal outside the warranty period, so if you have problems or a defect with your Tefal product, for example your Tefal Actifry, we can repair it for you, or you can initially try yourself by buying the spare part here at the shop.
