What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
If your oven will not turn on, the problem may be caused by a faulty power outlet or a damaged power cord. You can test the outlet by plugging in another electrical appliance. If it also fails to work, the power outlet is likely faulty.
If your oven will not turn on, the fault may also be caused by a defective thermal fuse. The thermal fuse is typically located above the oven cavity or on the back of the oven. Using a multimeter, you can check for continuity, which should be present if the thermal fuse is functioning correctly.
If your oven will not turn on, the fault may also be caused by a defective function selector switch with poor electrical contact, which often results in a burnt switch. It is recommended to inspect both the wiring connected to the selector switch and the selector switch itself.
