Oven blinks for an error

If your oven blinks for an error, can it be due to the following:

• Most ovens (and appliances in general) can tell what's wrong with it by displaying error codes. The code is shown on the display.
• The user manual that came with the ovens often has an overview of most error codes.
• Sometimes the machine writes "call service center" or just shows a symbol that means "service", and no number code, then you have to call us.
• By following the instructions in the manual when you see an error code, you may be able to solve the problem yourself without our help.
• Therefore, it is always a good idea to start with the manual before calling for help.
