What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
If the dishwasher's display flashes or an error code appears in the display, you can look in your user manual to find out more about the error. As a rule, you can quickly see what is wrong with the error codes. Always try to solve the problem yourself according to the instructions in the manual.
Step 2:
One of the most typical reasons why the machine shows an error code is that something has stopped so that it can either not take water in or pump water out. Always make sure to check the filter, drain and hoses. If there is water at the bottom after washing, it may be your drain pump that is at fault.
