What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
If your stove gets too hot, it may be due to a faulty thermostat. You can check if the thermostat is faulty by using a multimeter and check the continuity.
Step 2:
If your stove gets too hot, it may be due to a faulty temperature sensor. Using a manual from your cooker, you can find out the resistance of the sensor. Unplug the switch and use a multimeter to see if your sensor is at the correct resistance.
