What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
If your oven shows error code E05-32, indicates error with the button. This is either because the button has been held down for too long or because the button has become stuck. Try loosening the button to fix the problem.
If your oven displays the error code E05-11, it indicates that there is air in the system. To resolve the error code E511 issue, follow these steps:
Press the ON/OFF button to reset the error.
Turn on the appliance.
Choose either top/bottom heat at 80 degrees Celsius or reheat at 120 degrees Celsius, depending on oven specifications.
Let the oven run for 5-10 minutes.
End the process.
If the error code E511 continues to appear, repeat the procedure one more time to ensure that the air has been removed from the system.
If your oven displays error code E010D, it indicates a fault in the electronics. This can both be due to a faulty control module, but can also be due to other faulty parts in the oven.
If your oven displays error code E106, it indicates that the door is not locked during self-cleaning. This is solved by replacing the door lock.

If your oven displays the error code ER1, it indicates a fault with the PT5000 temperature sensor. This can be solved by replacing the thermostat in the oven.
If your oven displays the error code ER3, it indicates that the oven has detected overheating. This can be solved by replacing the cooling fan.
If your oven displays the error code ER4, it indicates a fault with the PT5000 temperature sensor. This can be solved by replacing the thermostat in the oven.
If your oven displays the error code ER6, it indicates that the door is open. This can be solved by replacing the door lock.

Hvis din ovn har fejlkode ER11, er der fejl ved knappen. Denne fejlkode opstår typisk, når knappen er holdt nede i for langt tid eller at knappen har sat sig fast. Dette kan løses ved at løsne knappen.
Hvis din ovn viser fejlkode ER15, indikerer det at temperaturen er for høj. Denne fejlkode opstår når ovnen registrerer at temperaturen overstiger 380 grader. Det er højst sandsynligt pyrolyseprogrammet som er startet. Lad programmet køre færdig, og fejlkoden burde forsvinde igen.
