What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
Step 1:
Some espresso machines have a temperature function. If your espresso machine has a temperature function, you can try setting the temperature to the highest possible setting.
Step 2:
Your espresso machine needs to be descaled. After a lot of use, the espresso machine will build up with limescale and will therefore reduce the temperature.
