What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
If your espresso machine is leaking, the cause could be one of the following:
If your espresso machine leaks water in the drip tray, under or on the side of the machine or you have discovered water spots under the water tank, you do not necessarily need to be concerned. Typically, there will always be a bit of rinse water in the drip tray. This is because the machine cleans itself, in order to prolong the efficiency of the espresso machine. This function starts when you switch on, off and after using both the machine and the milk frother.
The water tank is not properly inserted
If the water is clear under or next to the water tank, it may be because the water tank is not inserted correctly in the espresso machine.
If the water tank is positioned correctly, but clear water is still leaking under the machine, you can contact us on: 98 18 21 00 for help.
Drip from the water tank
If the drip tray is full when it was emptied, water can be spilled during removal. This can be solved by emptying the drip tray daily or when the red indicator lights up.
When the drip tray is removed or pulled out, some of the rinse water from the building unit may spill onto the kitchen table on the right side of the machine. We recommend that you wipe this area weekly with a cloth, but there is no reason to be concerned about a leak in your machine.
