Extractor hood turns down by itself

If your extractor hood turns down by itself, can it be due to the following:

• Some extractor hoods have a function that checks the temperature above the filter. If the temperature gets warm enough, the fans will start blowing.
• If the fan blower starts when it is room temperature, it may be due to a defective temperature sensor, a loose wire or a defective electronic control panel.
