What information do I need?
To find spare parts for your product, you can search for resp. 1. Model or 2. Product number. If your product has a product number, you should search for it, as it is more specific than the model.
If your oven has error code E5, a communication error is present. This can be resolved by unplugging the oven for 30 minutes and then plugging it back in.
