Our customers get the best service when they have prepared themselves for the technician's visit.
Below we provide guidance on how to prepare.
The technician is of course happy to help in connection with the visit, but he cannot lift the products alone. If this has not been done in advance, you must therefore ensure that there is someone to help during the visit.
Washing machine:
If there is a dryer on top, remove the dryer so the technician can get the top of the washer.
If the washing machine is raised on a landing, the machine must be taken down and placed on the floor for the technician's visit.
(If you just need to change a door, a bottom panel, a door lock, or something else that needs to be changed directly from the front, it is not necessary to take the washing machine down - ask us in advance if necessary).

Dryer:
If the tumble dryer is raised on a landing, the machine must be taken down and placed on the floor for the technician's visit.
If it is on top of a washing machine, make sure you take the dryer down so that the technician can get to it (If you just need to change a door, a bottom panel, a door lock, or something that needs to be changed directly from the front, then it is not necessary to take the dryer down – ask us beforehand if necessary).
Dishwasher:
In most cases, the dishwasher has to be pulled out onto the floor to be repaired - we will probably take care of that part. As long as you ensure that any foot panel in front of the dishwasher has been removed for the visit.

Hob:
Some hobs are glued into the worktop during installation. It is usually unnecessary to glue the hob to the worktop, and in order for us to repair the product, it must be cut free. Therefore, ensure that the hob is freed and can be lifted from the worktop for our visit.
If the hob is grouted into the worktop, please contact us to find out if the repair requires it to be cut free before you cut it free yourself.
Cooling products:
If you need to have a cooling product serviced, it is important that you do not disconnect it from the power supply, even if it may not cool enough, or not cool at all. It is crucial for the technician's ability to troubleshoot the product that it has been running for a few hours.
TV:
If your TV is 65” or above, it is important that you are at home to help the technician lift it off the wall, or make it available for repair, as he cannot handle it alone. Also make sure that space is made in the area so that the technician has room to work.
